下載或使用「趕屍大亨」（下稱「本遊戲」）即表示你同意以下條款，以及 Apple 的標準授權使用者條款（EULA）。
一、授權
Chi Yin So 授予你非獨家、不可轉讓的授權，在你擁有或控制的 Apple 裝置上，按 App Store 使用規則個人使用本遊戲。
二、App 內購買
「鎮屍金符」為一次性、非消耗性的購買，永久移除橫幅及插頁廣告；獎勵廣告仍可自願觀看。購買綁定你的 Apple ID，可透過遊戲內「恢復購買」在使用同一 Apple ID 的裝置上恢復。付款及退款由 Apple 按其政策處理。遊戲內的銀兩、道行等虛擬物品沒有現金價值，不可兌換。
三、廣告
本遊戲含由 Google AdMob 提供的第三方廣告。我們不對第三方廣告的內容或其連結的網站負責。
四、使用規範
請勿反向工程、修改、散佈本遊戲，或以作弊、自動化等方式干擾遊戲或廣告運作。
五、內容與智慧財產
本遊戲的程式、美術、音效及文字屬開發者所有（第三方授權素材除外，例如以 SIL Open Font License 1.1 授權的霞鶩文楷 TC 字型）。題材取材自湘西民間傳說，純屬娛樂，與任何電影或作品無關。
六、免責聲明
本遊戲按「現況」提供。在法律允許的最大範圍內，開發者不對因使用或無法使用本遊戲而造成的任何間接損失負責，包括遊戲進度遺失。
七、條款變更
我們可能不時更新本條款，更新後繼續使用即表示接受新條款。

Use of Jiangshi Escort Tycoon is also governed by Apple’s Standard EULA. The one-off “鎮屍金符” purchase permanently removes banner and interstitial ads, is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored in-app; refunds are handled by Apple. In-game currency has no cash value.
